A Versatile Blogger, wow

I have received a

                                     Thank you

Now,  I will  pass versatility on…

First, according to the Versatile blog,  one wins when one is nominated.  A pretty good deal, huh?

For my candidate, here’s what you do

              Versatile Blogger Rules

1)thank the person who nominated you.

2)include the link to their blog.

3)select  blogs you follow regularly.  (they recommend 15, but I only have two, I am a newbie blogger!)

4)nominate those lucky  people  for the award and comment on their latest post to tell them they have been nominated. My candidate is the person who introduced me to the world of blogging.

Thank you

5)tell the person who nominated you  7 things about  yourself:

Melanie, due to thinking Versatile! Versatile! Versatile! from now on, I have more blogging subjects cut out for me.  Not an overwhelming task mind you, just another level to go to.   Besides, writers are always in process, aren’t they?  🙂

Happy Blogging!

Ponder the Praise

This is one of my very favorite hymns, so much that two of its words are my tag.   Purely coincidental.   Or is it?

Be Joyful!

“Praise to the Lord who will prosper your work
and defend you;
Surely His goodness and mercy shall daily attend you.
Ponder anew
What the Almighty can do
As with His love He befriends you.”
Words: Joachim Neander, in A und Ω Glaub- und Liebesübung (Straslund: 1680); translated from German to English by Catherine Winkworth, 1863.

Truth or Consequences

I hear a summary of 1 Timothy 3:15 here…whatever one’s denomination or no denomination at all, surely all seekers of the Way, the Truth and the Life find common ground in the plea for humanity to come out of confusion and darkness.

“This is the way it works”
